I've been on routine cardio workout lately, a lot of jogging and I really feel much more energetic. I've actually put on quite a bit of fats from over-conscious eating from my disorder and I've learnt to put the worries aside and truly focus on my 'real life'. I mean i've been through phases of growing wider and then slim, then wide again. I think being fat is nothing to be shame about, I think most importantly is whether you are fat-healthy or either way, just staying healthy. I've used method like starving myself to become really slim and I workout to make sure I get slimmer but I think I had a misconception of dieting and I came across this conversation by Scarlett Johansson and it totally make sense to me of being obsessed with dieting in the past and on staying healthy.

This what she said -

'I try to stay fit and eat healthily, but I am not anxious to starve myself and become unnaturally thin. I don't find that look attractive on women and I don't want to become part of that trend. It's unhealthy and it puts too much pressure on women in general who are being fed this image of the ideal, which it is not. I think America has become obsessed with dieting rather than focusing on eating well, exercising and living a healthy life. I also think that being ultra-thin is not sexy at all. Women shouldn't be forced to conform to unrealistic and unhealthy body images that the media promote. I don't need to be skinny to be sexy.'

I think 2011 is a really heavy year for myself, but nonetheless, I pulled through, regardless the hard times or the easy ones. I think i'll have no resolution or whatsoever for 2012. The only one is perhaps to be more involved with film; filmmaking and really be happy with that. Film had become so huge part of my life, some makes a lot senses to me and I guess everyone is taught differently in life, film taught me a lot - a lot of understatement. The rest i'll just let them happen and i'll adjust to it, embrace it; love, vague and humanity.

I had the most interesting Christmas eve. To be able to be there spending my day with my dearest cousin, it really mean a lot to me to speak to you and watch you talk about everything. To watch someone close, your kin to go through the toughest time of being human. Watching alone is already a difficult process, I really wonder how much courage was needed to keep yourself on the surface for air.

I could vividly remember that night when I cried so hard for you, to hear about you, it was so painful to hear, to watch. Even now, I would tear on every tiny abrasion that stir my emotions. I know exactly how it feels like to go through this tormented mental condition. I was specially touched by the care and concern you both share, to fight this mental illness, I do feel inferior for the bond you both had.

Let's all get well together to watch sunrise at the end of the road. Happy Christmas, for you.

Friday - I can't remember how many friday are spent with a great deal; sitting in the corner of the living room, pick up a book, fall asleep on the couch and wake up to the sound of the raindrops. Whilst awaiting the fall of the moonlight with abated breath, I'm glad with the departure of the heavy concerns that left me on tenterhooks for weeks and i'm actually looking forth to the much celebrated christmas that is on it's way to light up our streets.

Apart the lazy day I had, I came across this speech recently that told us this - ' Don't work, avoid telling the truth, be hated and love someone. ' It hit me right on the head to formally agree with what was told and it speaks the piece of acknowledgment I always wanted to have. I think the best speech not necessarily need a good language but on a very practical term whether the speaker is clear in mind the message he or she is reciting.

Also, I actually wrote something in prior to the speech and I'll like to share it on my blog but I'm gonna put it upfront that the 'something' is actually a narration that will appear in my short film coming up on January next year. (Yes, finally a proper short film)

Here's how it goes -

' I don't exactly know what I'm doing in life sometimes, yeah, bring yourself out and do what you like and love people around you who makes you smile. Really ? I don't know, I've been looking through what I've been doing the past month or two, or even these years. I just don't seem to fit into any place, I feel vague sometimes, or maybe I am. but that's how I am. I think the whole point of life is to live with some worth. Maybe be a good person, live away from drugs and try to be an anthropologist, protect humanity and be a sociable person. Smile to people, make a person feel safe. I don't know, sometimes I don't feel human, everyone is trying so hard to climb, to be a better person, but what life is all about ? I think the most important question is, who you are . I think most people do not really get the meaning of life, maybe I don't know too, but who are you ? Why are you doing all these to be a right person. We are all here born in this planet to make a difference or maybe die without achieving anything. But really what is the right way to be a human being ? '

I'm on air, looking out at the heavy clouds, my neck hurts. Escaping from a place with so much anxiety, it definitely felt good. It's the nth day on the return journey, my watch just hit a quarter into five. It was a good couple of days that kept most of my thoughts compact with the traveling mood, I love backpacking, probably embarking one soon on myself. I love how traveling makes a person vague, or vague person. I love to meet strangers, talk to people, and eat. Backpacking gave me a sense of establishment, it started with a plan, an idea and it crosses into an entirely unplanned journey. I always hope back in the city, I could actually embrace the cultural background that we all are given, but it seems so different, people in the city judge, and it doesn't even justify for humanity. I don't like a place where everyone's so aware of themselves ,of their belongings, you've got to jump into the pool and get wet. I am confused really, of the deemed mixed culture we have here and everyone with money outside seems so interested in this city. I want to live in an unconscious city.

Okay, after a good couple of months, we are finally done with the symposium, that's indeed a lot of hard work and a lot of time spend working on this project. Good work team! Next up would be at the Arts House and hopefully everything goes well!

Okay, apart the serious mandatory project I've been on, there's a few smaller project i've been working on, both personal and money-wise. Also, I'll be shooting a short sketch next week and probably if editing goes well, I'll share it on my blog, here.

Meanwhile, there's still plans to work on my second short film which i've finish writing. It will be a short with a serious casting and hopefully I'll be able to meet some good samaritans to financially back up this film project. This short is personal and I've yet to give it a title but what I can say is, it's very different from the previous short I had, where this one deals a lot with details, emotions and communicating. I'm really looking forward to start filming for this short. So wish me luck! :)

Yes, it's late noon now and i've been procrastinating where to head to on a friday, but I guess i'm staying home for a good sunny afternoon and maybe night. Okay, maybe not. Ciao!

Rumbling thunder, the room is dark, heavy head. It has been a quiet day sitting right in front this unmerciful desk, I've kept my words soft, almost unheard into the atmosphere. The raindrops hitting onto cement pavements, the cold wind blows and the tree comes alive for a moment. For this moment of thought, I was stuck in the recollection of my own voices, the inner manifestation of the uncertainty. Kept beneath the eyelid was the truth, under the hood was the secret, the unbearable terms of life. Still vividly projected in my mind, last night, when this panic attack hit me off on the journey back home, I was alone with an unknown driver, with an unknown answer of how and where I would end up that night. I was afraid, this hysterical fits that kept me in panic state. Thank you babe, thank you mum & dad for staying with me, for sharing a part of this with me. I was always afraid to face my own emotions, there, I often kept it safe, away from people. It just came to me why are people so afraid to show others what they are and why is it humans have a problem with letting someone else see that they are human?

Oh Hi, it's been awhile, really, been awhile since i've written a tons of words on this blog, and frankly, I don't know what and where should I begin this with. Okay firstly, this is not gonna be a food blog, it's not gonna happen, I just had more time for all these food and I love to eat! (I mean who doesn't)

Okay, so, it's july already which means my birthday is coming very soon. I'm turning 21, yay!

Okay, not really excited about it. I always thought 21st is a heavy year for pre-mature adults turning legally to an adult, like you have to take on more responsibilities and probably you have to take care of yourself, I mean literally.

So, I think I feel otherwise, I mean to me it's just a change of a single digit on your age and it's not gonna make you physically more mature or mentally makes you stronger, but you are allowed (according to the local regulations) to do more things, I mean, it's like breaking free now(not really).

Days after school is great, no more datelines to meet and you've got more time for yourself to manage. I mean more time to laze around. I am still working on a couple of projects which are more light-hearted and not as intensive. Very excited for them to be seen, but meanwhile, it's gonna be underwater. (Haha)

This, the period of time on a breakdown of my physical body,

I was never so truthful, especially on 'waking call' like this. It's only when I fall upon the weakest and helpless moment of life when I realize the importance of health.

The thing which were often kept within my vague memory.

Everyday, I wake up in mind, this uncertainty of my recovery set on an inevitable phase of over-powering worries and conscious knowledge on this 'pain-staking' process.

I take my breath more seriously, I take a smaller pace, in fact, I try to keep everything safe and quiet.

The mental mind is tedious, apart staying clear and positive.

The constant reminder of taking things slowly and the sensibility of the heart is a direct impulsive signal to the mind.

Everything has to be precise and prepared.

Good thing is, my health is getting back on track.

I want to thank my parents for the greatest care and concern and friends who are there to support (you know who you are) and I know it will take sometime, but I will get well soon! (:

This how it goes - the anxiety attack hit me, often under insufficient of sleep, hungry stomach or over anxious. This will caught me of guard, anywhere and best with no people of I know around. The heart beat will be intense, too intense where I wouldn't have a control over my body.

Shortage of breath, pounding pulse and anxiety. I'll need to control my breathing, taking large amount of breath then slowly smaller breath and until I feel better.

*The above mentioned may sound easy or logical, but the attack is unbearable; if you were me you'll know how fuck up this thing is.

To be honest, it's really been awhile back where I could settle down and stop thinking. I always kept my ranting off the frontline on the workload I am having, about the time constrain I am facing, but frankly, it's almost killing me, somehow, not physically.

Everyday is getting shorter I realized.

I spend most of my time thinking about the words, the visuals, thinking about the directions, thinking about things that would happen or not happening, creating floating images in my head. I love my life now, apart some negative reconstruction going on emotionally, I know it's hard to be yourself, I'm on my way there.

Less than 2 months away from the end of diploma life, 3 years was good, just good enough to make myself fall deeper into society, into the truth, maybe deeper to knowing myself better.

Today was adequately good, a walk in the museum, photo shoot in the bookstore and had a great meal.

Tomorrow's back to audio post production.

Of many occurrence, I look up the sky to feel the heat, to stare at the sliver lining. It's tiring to know everything, to keep everything safe. I wouldn't know the extraordinary cause of believing in human psyche, that part which kept a complex identity. You, they, we; we are all marginally different in this society. You kept a belief, or maybe a mythology from your own memories, I won't be missing me.

The complexity of your mind is way below expectations. I kept everything free, vague. This city is spoiled with truth, too much, too revealing. Some becomes mechanic, the movement, the speech that tells everything; deemed too resounding.

It was a great Sunday afternoon; started out with a light-hearted recording, follow suit was a lunch in awe and we snugged in the National Library for some reading.

It's a cold day after cold day, tucked under heavy cotton linen, it's really good to enjoy a nice cup of camomile tea, looking out the window, enjoying the breeze, fold my legs underneath the cushion; that's really something to cut down anxiety. Weekend was entirely a non-electronic therapy, away from computer, phone, instead, I went to the bookstore, found myself a safe spot and went away in the unconscious state of reality, went fiction, had an awesome meal, a good movie and went safe & sound to rest.

It's really comforting to see my workload getting lesser, it feels like bringing myself somewhere quiet, like a 'utopia garden', it's where I took out a notebook and start scribbling on the pages. Now at least everything is under control and a reconcile with myself.

It's a whole lot of disappointment when you have different vision with your closest kin - Your parents. Misconception, understanding, application. I do not feel obligated to be the best kid at home, nonetheless, there is always a clear-cut line at home, known as, an initiative party and a fortunate party.

I've seen enough truth that I already stop believing. It's really tiring to be standing right here on the initiative side; where is my deserved care and concern when I do not have to ask for it ? Look at the situation now, look my situation back then, tell me about it, what is fairness all about ? We all know who is doing better, who is under deserving, I seriously do not care how much money am I receiving. It's almost 3 years, do you really know what am I doing ? Oh no, have you sincerely ask before ?

People undeserving, you know who I am referring to, please feel fortunate to be you. I do not hate you nor neither do I want to grab everything off you (which I know is impossible), but for my own good, go deeper.

Sidetrack - Vacation was great, or in fact, too awesome to mention. I mean, i'm referring to working as a ~~web designer/graphic designer/photographer/screen writer/short film director/short film producer/editor~~ and best of all, a morgan freeman! (Inside joke)

Things i've been doing for the month or so other than working on three flash-based websites, shooting for budget terminal, I've been up on emily hill almost daily (workplace), other than that, I've been as usual, with the thick geeky spectacle, on the road, with a heavy baggage.

Frankly speaking, I really want to getaway, maybe somewhere nearer to lower down the volume and stay away from computers. I'll keep this blog updated, time to jet, time to sleep!
